currently i seriously dont get what the fuck is goin on whit my paypal im in negatif while i didn use paypal for a long while im confuse i open comm until the amount require to make the account go back to positif then im closing commision for a long while

when i logged back in my account i saw microsoft saying it a payment about a xbox family card of 99 euro was done and i didn even made any payment i tryed to get help from paypal and they said they couldn do anything

You should change your paypal password asap and possibly suspend its access to accounts until you can resolve this

If its not a purchase you made, then yeah you need to lock the account down change passwords and bring this up with both paypal and microsoft

As Waspz suggested, you should absolutely change your password. You should also set up two factor authentication.
