heart getting worse again

I'm really sorry to say but i think y heart disease getting worse again so i just laying down all day,
all same things
works delay and.. shits again
so yeah i will probably cant afford my bills too..

so basically the disease i'm dealing with is angina, and stresses are much more dangerous (5~10times) to me compare with normal people
so yeah my heart and muscle feels stingy, and stuffy also numb
i felt vomiting yesterday too
so its getting worse now
