So, burnout

Y'all remember back in January when I said I was going to draw something every day for the whole year, then stopped about a week in... Yeah, it turns out that you can only do that if you have a constant stream of motivation and ideas...
I haven't drawn anything for the past month and a half, and I feel bad about it... I opened myself up for some art trades, two of them got accepted and I only did one... The second person's I only just started yesterday and it was only a circle and a shirt
Does anyone know of a good way to overcome burnout and art block?

I'm not really the best example to escape art block and burnout, since I experience it A LOT. (Like these past few months lol) Most of the time, I have to put myself in the right headspace to draw. My main way of getting there is by listening to music. Gets me in the zone. Sometimes just chatting with friends is enough to get me started on stuff. Especially silly shitpost scribbles xD I have a lot of fun doing those.
I've noticed that taking a break to do something I enjoy helps with burnout. You don't want to force yourself to draw when you've hit that point. It tends to lead to more frustration and your will to draw will drop even more.
Im gonna try to keep this in mind, especially the music part! I do draw with my partner from time to time with my partner on Drawpile, but I havent had the headspace to do a full illustration... I have had some doodles i've been wanting to make more detailed, or just redo, so hopefully I can slowly work myself back into the grove
