I hate FEAR 3, I feel it is very disrespectful to the other two FEAR games and their expansions. It kinda is a sequel in the same way Devil May Cry 2 or Ninja Gaiden 3 are sequels where the only way to make it good is to not make it entirely and just do something different. Pretty much every aspect from the past games has been either removed or made worthless, like being able to hold more than two guns, or the fixed health system, which has been removed for a by-the-books regen systems, yeah this was 2011, so every shooter has to be a very linear and boring shooting gallery with brain dead A.I. that can also pretty much never miss a shot, making the combat also very frustrating. In terms of the story, it's also pretty fucked. The only thing I really like about is the kind-of bromance that the Point Man and Fettel have, other than that the rest is just a boring gore fest with disturbing images and violence that are not even scary like they were in FEAR 1 & 2. Please do not play FEAR 3 if you have any respect for the past two games, I haven't even scratched the surface of the issue's this game has.
