i need ideas for sketches

in order to improve my drawing skills i need to draw more sketches, and for this I need ideas (my best friend used to do this, but now I can’t contact him because he is in the army. In Russia, the army is mandatory, but I avoided this due to health problems, but my friend does not)

Bondage with men forced into interesting positions might give you a work out.
Flexing poses might help you with skills in depicting muscles in different ranges.
Machines and milking might give you more options regarding set pieces
Fanart of some handsome characters allow you references and would give you a wide range of body and species types to work with.
