How far backed up in commissions have you been? I always seemed to see multiple commissions from the same people, and never an opportunity to commission you myself.

Also, are your comms first come first served? How do you decided which ones you take?

Hahah, about 2 years worth of back up, a little over 50 comms! All stemmed from a 2020 decision where I tried unlimited slots. The ones you saw multiple of were probably the folks who reserved multiple slots from back then.

Comms are picked semi-randomly. I vet out any that I don't feel confident/comfortable with, split them into two groups (long vs quick) to have variety, then choose a few in each group by RNG. But I will make sure that in this process, I'm working in some new clients for sure.
