The NCAA Tournament is upon us once again, and with it a long scoreboard of other games going on simultaneously, as well as those completed earlier in the day.

You know how CBS and ESPN shorten the school name to save space yet still identify the school in the matchup? For instance, Virginia Tech would be condensed to VT, Tennessee shortened to TENN, and Gonzaga down to GONZ?

Well my alma mater, Murray State, finally got an update to their name for this year’s March Madness, reading MUR ST. I’m seriously glad they did, because for years I was unable to explain why I was laughing so hard in previous tournaments when my school was listed as “MURR”

It’s like those canny Mr. Incredible memes.
