No matter how different we may be from each other, I believe we all have one thing in common and that's wanting to feel special. No matter what type of person you are, you can't tell me you never had the urge to have someone love and appreciate you when you felt all alone. Towards the end of the last year I realized what lacked in my life and that was love. So I wanted this to be the year I found love, even revamped my appearance to help the cause but I failed anyway. No biggie, as usual I found a way to turn a negative into a positive and started writing some R&B songs. I've never been able to express myself this deeply before so I gotta say it was a lot of fun and it allowed me to get rid of any leftover negativity from previous hardships. I thank  roscotl for the inspiration cause he made me want to write great songs just like him and he related to a few things I wrote so it showed me that my songs capture the emotions of others just as well. That's why I posted a few songs below, showcasing the different topics I touch on. Anyway I think we're all special whether our loved ones acknowledge that or not, don't let anyway tell you different.

2025 Update:
After Free Sprit I had some unresolved feelings to address, so I wanted to go completely in the other direction by slowing things down a bit. I loved R&B and I thought it was the perfect time to fully commit to the genre instead of dipping a toe in like I usually did. My skills as a songwriter were on full display here as I had to tap into more of my emotions this time around in order to sing. The songs hold up pretty well and these are some of the best choruses I've written so far. I was finally dating and hooking up in real life, so my words had a lot more weight to them allowing me to get more personal. "My Happy Ending" is still a dream I hold on to this very day. My favorite song is "Take My Paw" because it explains the type of guy I am, especially in the past few years with all the dates I've been on. Showing people a good time is a simple hobby of mine. "No Regrets" is a cheesy but decent song that could be removed because I feel like it ruins the pacing toward the end and the interlude is so overdramatic, that could go too. Rap was always my first love but if I had a good voice, I'd probably want to be an R&B singer because writing in that style comes more naturally to me. To all the window lovers out there, I hope your time for love will come very soon.
