New TOS cuz I'm fukin' dumb and accidently deleted my old journal while cleaning up.

⬡ ~| By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.
⬡ ~| Terms are subject to change, I have a right to change them whenever I see fit.
⬡ ~| I have the right to decline your commission.
⬡ ~| I have the right to not disclose why the commission was rejected.
⬡ ~| I feel like its a given but I will not do suggestive or NSFW work for anyone under 18!
⬣│ Payments and Refunds │⬣
⬡ ~| I will try to accept most payment forms, if I don't have it but its easy to set up I'll see what I can do.
⬡ ~| I will accept refunds if I haven't started the work in over a month and you would like to have the commission canceled and refunded.
⬡ ~| If the work has already been started or it hasn't been a full month sense your commission, I have the right to only refund 50%
⬡ ~| Please be patient when it comes to refunds! Art is my job and I have rent, pets and food to take care of ;~ ;
⬡ ~| If I get to the commission and I feel as if I can't complete it in a way that I will be confident in the work or am unable to complete the work, I will ask if you would like to change the subject of the commission or I will offer a refund.
⬡ ~| All payments on adopts are final, I will not refund adopts that have been sold.
⬡ ~| That being said, if you bid, be sure you have the money and be serious about your bids. Don't back out later because you regret your bid. This can subject you to a warning or a blacklist.
⬡ ~| As for payment plans, I do them on adopts! I can also do them on commissions if the price is higher than $150 but with both I will require a non-refundable deposit and the commission will not be started till the payment plan is complete.
⬣│ Patreon/Gumroad Bases │⬣
⬡ ~| The rules are posted on the bases themselves when you buy them. They are applicable to TOS and breaking those rules can also result in blacklistings.
⬡ ~| I will not do refunds on bases if you lose them. But I will, if there is some proof of sale, replace the file for you if you have lost it and I still have access to said file.

⬣│ Art Permissions │⬣
⬡ ~| You will be able to post your artwork freely on any social media or website as long as you give credit where it's due.
⬡ ~| You do not have the right to remove my watermark under any circumstances.
⬡ ~| You do not have the right to edit or draw over any of my artwork.
⬡ ~| Do not claim the artwork as your own work.
⬡ ~| I have the right to post the artwork freely on any social media or website with proper credit of the characters drawn.
⬡ ~| I have the right to not post the artwork if I choose not to.
⬡ ~| If you have purchased an original design created by my, you can: make changes to the character but not the art itself, post the character, resell the character, and/or use the character commercially.
⬡ ~| If you are not the commissioner/owner, you may not upload the artwork to any social media or websites.
⬡ ~| Characters I've made are not for commercial use unless discussed with me first, mainly just so I know sort of thing! I'd love to make a deal for an extra fee for commercial use on a character I've designed.
⬡ ~| MY WORK IS NOT TO BE USED FOR NFTS.
⬡ ~| If you want to take inspiration from an adopt, please ASK first, I would be happy to help create a character with a similar vibe but make it a completely different OC, to make it fair to the original owner who bought it. Those who blatantly take an adopt I've made without consulting me and just change it up a little but its still super clearly inspired, can result in a blacklist.
Lastly, If you have broken any of these rules, you are subject to a blacklisting from my work!
This includes rights to adopts, bases, and commissions! If you are on my blacklist you are no longer allowed any rights to these after the date of your blacklist.
If you own an adopt / base prior to the blacklisting you are allowed to still use it, but afterwards, you are no longer able to buy any going forward!
Do not use my bases to work with said blacklisted people, as I see it, that's them trying to still get work from me without actually getting work from me, if that makes sense?
This includes buying my adopts second hand, if I find one someone has sold an adopt to said blacklisted person, they themselves can be warned and if continued, will also be blacklisted.
