Issues with FA on iOS 15.4

I’ve been having a very annoying issue when using FA on my phone since it was updated to iOS 15.4 and it doesn’t seem to have been fixed in 15.4.1.
More often than I would like, whenever I go to a new page, it kind of freaks out, reloads the current page I’m on but wipes out the current tab’s previous page history.
As you would expect it makes it really annoying when you’re in a custom search, go to a page and either it proceeds but loses the previous pages which makes you have to redo the search and find the page you were on, or going back to the search results and having it just reset and reload back to a blank search screen, also making you redo the search.
I’m pretty sure I’ve only experienced this on FA and not on any other site I’ve visited on safari so I don’t think it’s anything to do with a 15.4 change.

This is not any sort of behavior we've had reported to us before. Has you tried it with other mobile browsers?
