I served you well... I loved you still.
My heartaches, and burns to your silence.
We spoke of trust, and I was honest with you.
I gave you money and ideas and even supported your actions.

Yet you ran away, into other people's arms.
Cast me aside again and again.
You ignored me and weren't really there for me unless it was your benefit.
I brought you to my friends so you may have people to have fun with.
You screwed around, lost your jobs, cast away your things.
Yet I worried about you, and ask you just talk to me normally.
I didn't want you to fail but that was on you, not me.

I would still love and serve you till the end.
Yet you rather leave me behind... for your greater good.
