I've had this happen. Get it checked on IMMEDIATELY. Also, and this is only a question for you to ask and answer yourself, I'm not seeking an answer to it from you:

If it's burning when this happens or there is pain after or before it is likely a rather strong infection, or potentially a kidney stone, especially if there was or is pain in the lower back or Inside around that region at some point too.

If it doesn't then it's likely what someone else cited, about semen backflowing into the bladder which terrifyingly can happen.

I've had both happen and neither is a good thing. Get this investigated sooner rather than later and it will save you a lot of pain in the long road.
