The following are the terms and conditions of my commissions.

1.) All works will be in Digital Media.

2.) Upon payment and completion for the commission, I, dossun,
relinquish to you, the commissioner, any copyright I as the artist
own as well as all works pertaining to the commission. Including
but not limited to sketches, inks, flats, and finished media in a high
resolution format. You, the patron, consent to the posting of the artwork
for advertising purposes. If the commission was in full color, a
monochromatic version in a color of my choosing will be posted at a
lower resolution.

3.) In regards to adult oriented pictures, you warrant that you are at
least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

4.) In regards to subject matter, you warrant that you are sole proprietor
to the characters displayed in the artwork or have the consent of the original
creators. I, dossun, bear no liability if these prerequisites are not met, and
as such will be absolved of any wrongdoing.
*note* player characters from MMORPGs (Warcraft, FFXI, AION, etc) are permissable
no trademarked characters.

5.) The following is a list of genre deemed unsuitable commission subject matter.
- Cub Art or pornographic art of characters underage
- Scat & Watersports pornographic art involving excrement
- Inflation, images of characters anatomy stretching impossibly large
- Guro, pornographic images involving gore
*note* This is non-negotiable.


6.) I, dossun, reserve the right to decline any potential commissioner.
When filling out the Commission Request Form include the following line:
"I have read the terms and conditions and do so agree to abide by them."

I have found it neccesary to adjust the pricing for my artwork. This is meant to
limit the number of commissioners and prevent an overload of work on my part.

Currency is listed as USD (United States Dollar)
- Basic Costs for a single character image:

. Sketches: $25.00
. Inked/Cleaned: $35.00
. Flat Colors: $45.00
. Colored: $60.00

- Additional Costs (applied to the above listed prices):
. Adult Oriented Themes: + $10.00
. Each Additional Character: + $20.00 per/character
. Detailed Backgrounds: + $30.00
