Those bastards do NOT tell you that dialysis RUINS any chance at naturally helping your kidneys and it FURTHER DESTROYS your kidneys and causes even more problems.

Watch your fluids. stay hydrated but don't over do it. find thay spot that keeps you healthy...the idiots are always telling you to drhydrate yourself.

If you are fatter than YOU need to be, start losing weight but KEEP HYDRATED as you do it. lift more weights/pilates/yoga/taichi/cardio...there are lymphatic "massages" you can do to help somewhat...

DEMAND they VERY VERY closely test and MONITOR your electrolytes potasium magnesium etc.

Find the spot YOU feal best! (they caused me to goto the hospital three times in 6 mos till They FINALLY admitted that my body required a "high" potassium 5.0 is MIDDLE ground for me.)
