By ordering a commission from me you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read all the text below carefully.
From Artist
● I have the right to publish the artwork to my portfolio and social media.
● I retain all rights and copyright to the commissioned piece.
● I have rights to reject a comission for several reasons.
● I agree to treat the client with the utmost respect during the commission progress.
For Clients
● Clients may inquire about the commission progress at any time. (Or check my Trello)
● Clients may post the full, finished commission to their personal/social media sites.
● Clients are expected to be fully aware of their financial situation before payment.
● Clients agree to only use commissioned pieces for personal use.
● Client agree to treat the artist with the utmost respect during the commission progress.
Payment terms
Accepted in USD and can be paid through Boosty, Patreon .Payment right after first sketch.
Cancellation/Refunding
Cancellation is always available before payment.
Full refunds are always available before the first progress update.
Refunds are not available after the final product is delivered.
Only half-refunds are available after the first progress share.
Commercial Use
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
You`re not allowed to add your own watermark to the artwork. If you post it, post with my watermark.
Do not claim it as your own, put credit.
Revisions
You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it.
If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.
