FA Policies need change NOW!

Even though the issue regarding a certain user I mentioned earlier was corrected, FA took their sweet time to reply to my trouble ticket (and NOT about another problem I have) and this was their response!
"Fur Affinity does not accept third-party reports concerning this type of issue; however, if the affected user has a ticket open concerning this issue, it will be addressed as soon as we are able to get to it."
PATHETIC!

If you don't understand something it's probably best to keep out of things, you are not obligated to comment on everything that I post on here. This is more of a rant then anything else, so I'm not expecting much replies.
That aside, thank you for the reply.
