Yeah it's been... 2 months but I could only write this now. As you know I live in Russia, but my father is Ukrainian and his entire side of the family is there. Some have taken refuge in Europe but most stayed and they are either volunteering or fighting, and their mental health is shattered obviously, as is mine. My issues worsened naturally this spring and I've been suicidal, and got serotonin syndrome and couldn't sleep or eat etc etc, I don't see any hope ahead and I'm just circling the cycle of grief over and over
