Hoy. I think it's about time I post my T.O.S / Rule regarding Auction/Commission :U
This journal will be updated with time!
•AUCTION•
➺If you Bid Make sure you can pay in the 48H! Otherwise, I will restart the auction or contact the second winner!
➺If You Fake bid / Delete your Bid, you will be added to the blacklist!
➺If you win an Auction for a yaseillar, You accept to follow the little rule of owning them.
➺If you're planning on reselling the yaseillar. You cannot sell it for more than you paid for, Except if you have added Arts.
•YASEILLAR OWNERSHIP•
➺You CANNOT "breed" this character with another to make some sort of hybrid/offspring.
➺Strictly NO NSFW related contend (Bits added in SL, Artworks, Sexual act in SL) With the Feral version of the yaseillar.
➺You can change the design to your liking (feel free to message me to make sure the new design respect the species guideline )
➺In regard to the rule above. Please if you have a Common yaseillar, keep it common (Ex: Don't turn a yaseillar Safiru into a Yaseillar Hyoga) Etc.
➺For those who get the yaseillar in SL. You CANNOT redistribute the textures you will receive in SecondLife.
•CUSTOM MOD IN SL•
➺You CANNOT redistribute/Sell the textures you will receive in SecondLife.
➺If you share your texture/skin to an alt account you got for from a "friends/Fam, etc". I'm not responsible if they decide to take it back in an argument and won't delete it.
➺You CANNOT use the texture given outside of SL! Meaning you cannot use them in VRchat and other games/platforms
➺If you resell your yaseillar, You can, or I can, transfer the mod to the new owner. Then you HAVE to totally delete the mod from your inventory. If you're seen with the mod you don't own anymore, you will be blacklisted.
