Update: There was a previous buyer that backed out and we got 455k and there was 4500 in problems so.. with all the bills paid (mortgage and a fucking 17k hero loan.. don't get this.. it's also a PACE loan) we're walking away with 242k .. not too shabby! :)

The ink has dried on us selling our house. $460k for this place? Yep. And we owe around 180.. sooooo.. we'll have a good nest egg to relocate to Indiana. :D
