Hello everyone! We have just a quick update for you this time, albeit still an important one! We have created a form that serves the purpose of gathering our clients' contact information, so that we know the best method of communication for you as well as how to credit you across each site that we post art to. We would greatly appreciate it if you would take the time to fill it out for us.

Most of the sections on the form are optional to fill out in the event that you don't have an account on the site the section correlates with. If this is the case, you may simply leave it blank. We do ask that you give contact information for at least one of the optional sections, but we would greatly prefer if you filled out as many of them as you can.
