Important TOS update

ignoredartist Following a recent event involving people I will keep anonymous I've decided to make an important update to my terms of service. I never announce these as I change them as I see fit, but this is a major clarification I have to make.
The new point reads as follows:
• Designs based off existing characters must have enough differences with the original, to no to look as a ripoff or a recolor. I will not do designs based off existing designs that don't have enough changes to look completely original. The criteria to decide how many changes it should have or which those should be is mine, but among other things will have one or several of the following requeriments: Different primary color or palette, different markings, different hair, etc. Unsure? Ask.
Which means that if you want me to create a custom based off an existing design the requirement is that enough changes are allowed for the end result to not to look like a ripoff. I think it's pretty clear, I will make adjustments to this as I see fit.
Want a design inspired by another one and wanna know what changes I'd make to it? Send me the design and I'll brainstorm with you to make something you like and I deem appropiate, for free, no strings attached, don't like my idea? You don't have to pay unless you decide to go for it, in which case my entire TOS apply.
(The brainstorming does not include any kind of art, sketches or anything, just an idea exchange, in which you can decide if you want to work with me or not).
