I believe PayPal has similar wording actually, not sure if they crack down on donations coming via nsfw site links, but they will *definitely* ban accounts using it to get paid for adult content without explicit pre-approval

PayPal is one of the worst offenders in this regard. Furthermore, they don’t just ban your account, they confiscate ALL the money in it, and keep your credit card details around “so that you can’t just make another account.” PayPal will blatantly, flagrantly flout the law, relying on your inability to outlast their lawyers to keep their ill‐gotten gains.

They also enforce that on sites that use PayPal as a payment service. So any site that has it will one day be forced to either crack down on NSFW or stop offering PayPal. You can guess which one sites usually opt for.
