Well... I was hoping an ipad would help make me more productive, but turns out, I was on the cusp of a pretty severe creative burnout. I still doodle, I still update my adult patreon, but currently I'm struggling to do much of anything else. Being able to draw comfortably in bed has helped a lot, for sure, I just wish I weren't so burnt out. I wanted to open dooble themed commissions to help cushion me for the month after my phone bill got paid, but WELP! No creative energy.

On the plus side, our household is on the verge of getting bigger! It'll be a while still, but we're gonna have two good pals move in with us hopefully this year, so I'm really looking forward to that.
We were looking at a place to potentially move into, but things didn't line up and honestly I'm kind of glad? As nice as the place was, I don't think we could have all lived comfortably there, plus the timeframe was way too slim. That's okay though, I'm eager to see what awaits us over the horizon!

Other than that, I've been trying to go out of my way to enjoy time spent with local friends more when I can, and get out into the sun. Being stuck at my dads made doing even just that so hard, because I was isolated from everyone else, but living with my brother and his fiance helps a lot. It's so easy to get woken up and dragged out by my scruff on low energy days when I definitely need it, haha! FINALLY getting to do my own groceries has ruled, too. Aaah... There's been a few speed bumps, but nothing impossible to overcome. I'm definitely way happier here than where I previously was. Working toward a few more changed that will hopefully make things even better, as well!

Emotionally... things were really bad for a while, but I think I've finally gotten over the worst of it. Right now, I'm just happy to be alive and to be able to enjoy the warmth of sun on my skin, and the feeling of moss or a cat's fur under my hands.
