Russian civilian killed (condolences)

I read in the news today that the first Russian civilian in Russia had been killed by cross border shelling related to Russian leader Vladimir Putin's "Special Military Operation" in Ukraine and that the small village of Solokhi, Belgorod region, Russia (located ten kilometers from the Ukrainian border) was being evacuated due to the risk of shelling.
I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on all the suffering thatwars "Special Military Operations" bring upon civilians and offer condolences to the family and friends of all the innocent victims of this war (going back to 2014), and all those who have lost their homes or needed to flee them to find safety, whatever their nationality or political preferences.

But even if this is true, I'm sure that Putin ordered the placement of rocket launchers and artillery next to civilian structures to make it difficult for Ukraine to destroy them without killing civilians, this will allow him to easily accept martial law in the country and call all men as soldiers (even me ). I think Putin has no other options but to force the population in Russia to fight against Ukraine. Now the propaganda will most likely say here "I told you, I told you that Ukraine wants to kill all Russians. You didn't listen to me, and now look at this, the civilians are dead. You must all stand up for the motherland!" or something like that.
That only my opinion.
And that really sad what all that happens... I know one artist from Mariupol, she had no choice but escape to Russia... I really hope what she will be not harmed or killed.
