Hello friends! This is the first June journal and I couldn't be happier to post it! 🌈 It's pride month and I'm learning from all the culture and history behind, I wanted to go to the parade on my city but it seems that it was like 1 week ago 😿 Are you celebrating the pride month in any way? I'd love to read you and learn from your experiences, it'll be nice 💖 I'll work on some pride-based adoptables or even outfits, I'm really up for it! ^^
About my situation, I'm still on therapy and it seems that it's working. I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little nervous specially that my PsyD told me that I'll start with a group support so we can handle a specific topic that isn't let me advance somehow, please wish me good luck! I'll do my best to raise and maintain my mental health, and it's always a chance to remember you that please please if you need help you can always contact me, I'm not a mental health professional but I have some phone numbers, webs and apps that can help you to give the first step <3
