My favorite βfatβ trope is when one is a four-legged animal in a prone position, his belly is so bloated from insanely excessive gorging that neither limb can touch the ground, and his limbs are flailing in a vain effort to budge from the spot, which causes the belly itself to jiggle, bounce, and undulate in all directions.
Specifically with your artwork, the best is when the character the character is WAY too big to do X, but still wants to do X, with or without help. You do that very well!
Adjusting to the new size of their body. Tight clothes, getting stuck in doorways, knocking over objects and other people, cracking the sidewalk with each step, that kind of thing.
To name one no one else has yet, fit characters having a total willpower fail and getting super fat, also when they're oblivious to the weight they're putting on until they're massive and THEN they finally notice
I love seeing fatties interact with their environment and/or their clothing. Joeman captured a lot of my thoughts! Seeing fat squish and jiggle really gives it a sense of softness~
Additional sensitivity on a growing body and unique aspects of fat anatomy. Like fupas and deep navels, new rolls etc. Seeing a gaining character first discover and luxuriate in new and changing parts of their body is just π
Monarks, Duchesses/Dukes, Tribal Chiefs, Leaders of the cult, Gods/Goddesses, or any position of authority being fattened with reward offerings for bringing peace, prosperity, and abundance to them. And a few gold accesorys and fancy dresses wolden't hurt.
