Alright, folks, pencils down! No more submissions past this point-- the Mona Lithix Misfortune Story Competition is officially CLOSED! At this time, I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of the people who participated. Over the course of the past six weeks, I have received 3 submissions for my consideration. And while there perhaps weren't as many entries as I had hoped, I can definitely say, from what I've read already, there's some really great content here. I have my judging work cut out for me! ^^;;

I've already read over most of the submissions once, but I plan on going back over them all together and making sure I'm happy with my judgments before finalizing them. That shouldn't take too long, so I plan to announce the results of the contest on Sunday, May 15. And since there's so few of them, everyone who entered is guaranteed to come away with some sort of piece of art from me! Keep your eyes open for the results, and to all of the contestants-- good luck!
