So instead of just mandating gun control, you wanna arm teachers to protect kids?...Wouldn't make sense to...I don't know...GIVE THEM SECURITY GUARDS?! I mean for fuck sake, there is a reason why these tragedies are happening and you dickheads in the Texas Government are just saying "Let the teachers handle it" like 1. like it's the teachers' fault and 2. not seeing how tis would be a bad thing if, let's say, A TEACHER COULD BE A SCHOOL SHOOTER?! Let's not also forget the fact that a kid could still get into the gun themselves BECAUSE KIDS ARE KNOWN TO GET INTO SHIT THEY'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO! Wanna know a good way to stop all of this? TAKE AWAY THE FUCKING GUNS! People can just casually buy military-grade weapons of rip, but heaven forbid women and trans people have rights! GET YOUR FUCKING PRIORITIES STRAIGHT!
What should actually be done is that there should be better locking mechanisms that locks down the school so outsiders cant just walk in during school hours. Plus schools needs anti explosion materials for the doors and windows. along with off site security staffs. (Turning schools into prisons should be avoided too so they should be kept out if sight until needed.) Also less kids should be crowded in public schools and mental health should be addressed more.
