So, after almost a month of constant anxiety and panic attacks, my husband got me in to see his doctor a few days ago and after some testing I've been diagnosed with both severe depression and severe anxiety, so I am on a trial run for medication and I have to see the doc again in two weeks.
Just the few days I've been on these meds have made me so tired, but I'm trying to work through it to get some stuff done. I also have to see a counselor.
Please have a bit of patience, I'm really trying and I'm hoping this stuff works and I get my motivation back.
For the past year I've been so depressed, having suicidal thoughts ontop of ptsd. Usually I was able to deal with it but after an ex narcissistic stalker friend mentally abused me and continues to to this day, I've been trying to cope. And now I have the help I need as well as a few loving friends who have been nothing but amazing and supportive.
I could go on and on, you'll find the full incident on my twitter but right now, I'm happy and healing.

be away of medication interactions with those type meds and over the counter stuff like aspirin and cold meds I just spend half the last weeks sick as could be because I discovered it reacts to simple meds you normally wouldn't think about

The meds will make you less sleepy with time. When I first started meds for my anxiety I was like oh my god they make me drowsy but in reality they just helped my anxiety which had been without my realization preventing me from getting quality sleep. Once I had some good nights to get caught up I felt a load better and the anxiety meds didn't make me sleepy anymore.
