I hope the heart problem is just a minor thing for your brother and nothing else.

I sure hope so too.

If he has Angina like me, it can cause the pains in the chest and make the heart hurt from the lack of blood flow.

Exercise does help but should monitor and use a blood pressure machine first. Sometimes it can be worse walking on a treadmill.

His cholesterol may be high. I recommend trying garlic milk. You boil the milk with chopped up garlic, then you strain the garlic with
a strainer and drink it hot. Do this daily.

He needs to do some blood work and find out where is his cholesterol is at. If he has high cholesterol, that could be why.

I have high HDL and i use this stuff called Cholesterol 360 Ultra and it made the pain in Angina go away. Its not a cure but
it brings down the bad HDL and raises the good LDL. More research is recommended first on what he exactly has.

Its a dietary supplement, all natural so it wont hurt but also figure out with his Doctor to see if he has low bp or high bp,
and how his diet is, and his exercise.

I recommend a Nutritionist, Dietitian, a Cardiologist, and blood work, probably fasting. Have him bring Orange Juice with him after
taking the blood.

The info im giving is by experience in what im going through because ive had my left arm, mainly my hand feel like it was falling a sleep.
That means the circulation is slow or is not getting through the artery enough to provide enough oxygen, and flow to the heart.

I went to the ER once but all they said was it was a back ache, it wasnt, it was my artery to my heart.

Stay off of salt, no deep fried or fast food. Low sodium foods, no red meat. No beef or pork. At least until he gets good numbers from
his blood work from his diet. Its a long term commitment but at least he wont be afraid and more prepared.

If he doesnt exercise, sometimes the person can have low blood pressure. I get that too, mine was like 103/76 but my pulse was 102.

Thats from being an artist, drawing, sitting down at my desk working on commissions.

So we have to be active if we do desk work.

Looking into it, it might be what he has. We should find out when the blood tests come back on the 7th. But boy do I wish this be over with soon.

OK, so something real screwy is going on here. Nobody cares to find anything. Blood tests had to be done again cuz they want to look for the things they didn't look for the first time. No news on their findings yet. They suspect diabetes but it's up to us to see if it is, and so on. So far it's be varying degrees of "I don't knows" or Let's look again but never comes back with results. x___x

And that's pretty much the update.

Similar has happened to me when i did blood work. They lost the blood and had to have me to it again.

Also a Cardiologist named Mohaltra told me there is nothing i can do after i nearly had a stroke.

Sometimes it takes a second opinion, and sometimes have the main physician make a referral to different
specialist.

You will never find a 4.5-5 star but hopefully close enough.

Put it in Gods hands and find a second opinion, offer a prayer and ask them to transfer all results so the specialist can
read you out what they got. When i tried to send the info of my Angioplasty 5 times, not one single time they got it.

They never went to get it or receive it. Even the Primary Doctor sent it and they didnt take it.

So sometimes its the front desk that fucks it all up and only focus on their paycheck so sometimes it takes a different
specialist to take over the work.
