I remember when I got that screen and it was due to a hard drive failure. I had to buy a new laptop because in order to fix it I had to open up the laptop, replace the hard drive and reinstall Windows. I did not feel like opening up my laptop.

It was a different one.

Yes, I can still can. I know I lost my stuff before on my old Windows 7 computer and Windows 10 computer.
