Do you enjoy it?

Yes. I have trouble not drawing. I act daft and cheeky on social media but in reality I'm very shy and have trouble asking for input. I equate my value as an artist with how many views my paintings get. I get discouraged but it more my mental state.

If you enjoy it, then that's all that matters.

If you enjoy doing it, absolutely! Just don't force yourself to do it, because then you'll lose all enjoyment in it. If you have to, just draw for yourself and don't take commissions or requests. Those have burned me out in the past and weren't as fun as I thought they might be.

That’s a personal choice no one else can make for you. However, you have a style that is well liked, but what really matters is, “Will that make you happy”? We can’t ultimately decide what is best for you, however, as your followers, it would be sad to see that go. But if it doesn’t bring you enjoyment to continue making art, then that doesn’t make us any happier either. You should enjoy what you do, not make it a chore. Heck, everyone needs a break from time to time, maybe you should consider that instead of fully dropping your talent. Make the right choice for yourself. :)

In the end the answer is dependant if you enjoy it.
If you don't enjoy drawing stuff. Then stop for a while.
If drawing makes you happier... Then you should continue.

It's the reason i don't do commisions ever.
As soon as I'll start making money from them...
I will no longer have fun doing it.

If you are in a depressed state right now and that is the reason you are asking that question.
Take a break from drawing for a few days until you feel happy enough to draw again if you want to draw that is.

I love drawing and painting. I just get these days where I belittle myself because I'm not well known as other artists in our community. I crave feedback but have trouble asking for it as absurd as that sounds

I think you should! It’s easy to equate you’re abilities as an artist to the number of views or favorites you get, and it can definitely be a disappointment when something that you worked hard on doesn’t get the attention you had hoped, but your art is great, and there are plenty of people who do enjoy it! It would be sad to see you stop doing art, but it is your decision, at the end of the day. Just know that there are many people who do enjoy your work! :)
