As much as I didn't want to admit it (to myself, that is), I've pretty much lost most of my passion for role play.
I've been on FA for 10 years now, and I'd say back then I used to love to RP, but this has been a few years coming. I've recently in the last couple months had like 3 or 4 people come to me on Discord wanting to RP with me and to those of you who approached me, don't take me rude, I didn't want to let you people down by saying no, even I didn't want to admit that I've been losing the passion for RP, I just was never up to it, but I think it's just time I accepted it as a fact now: I've lost my passion for it.
Now there are still some occasions which I like to RP with (only close) friends, but other than that, I only RP for small talk or to make conversation with friends. So people, please do not come to me asking if I want to RP. I'm no longer interested.

I feel ya, every now and then I’ll commit to an RP, but lately it feels more like a chore to keep up.

Yeah, to be honest I think I just find more joy in RP with art nowadays.

It's all fair, i went there myself as well. It's fun to tease others with it, but so many people want to RP that it get draining fast trying to please everyone

Yeah, the teases or the brief satisfaction RPs is what I still enjoy, but the ongoing ones that can fill a hundred-page book, that's there I just get drained.

Yeah, I mean now and then you and I do brief RPs from time to time while chat but that's about it for me with anyone nowadays.
