I've been informed the embedded commission form is not working very well on some mobile phone (screen moving and zooming randomly when tapping text fields).

I've removed the embedded commission form from the website for now to avoid further problems and just replaced it with a link directly to the Google form, which you can fill out here:

Pricing and all other commission info is still on the website and should be accessible without any issues!

I'll come up with a better solution to this for the next commission opening. For now, I don't want to mess with things too much while people are actively filling out the form and accessing the site, ha ha.
