a dream i feel you all should hear about

so i've been losing sleep lately for whatever reason, gradually becoming an insomniac again i guess, but i actually dozed off earlier while watching youtube which has only happened ONCE before
anyways i was watching Joel's San Andreas streams and he was screaming at the horse betting minigame like "COME ON, COME ON YOU CAN DO IT" but as i drifted off, i dreamed he was standing in front of a microwave yelling at Sans Undertale until he fucking exploded like an egg in the microwave and Joel started crying
that is all, i just felt like you all needed this for one reason or another, maybe it'll improve your life--maybe it'll make it worse

literally no difference haha, i wanna meet the folks out there who tell me "oh it's life changing to quit soda/coffee/etc" cos it's been quite a few years and i'm still feeling pretty shitty ngl, working out and going to bed at regular hours and all that "healthy" stuff
It may sound corny, but do whatever you can to make your bed\sleeping area 'cozy'. Doesn't even matter how. Whatever makes it feel like it's specifically cozy. ....Christmas lights, lots of people like those. Shaping it more like a secret nook. LED lamp bulbs nearby in unique colors. A weighted blanket, noise machine, heard stretching does amazing things for some; whatever gets you there. I was scared when I learned how psychological sleep is, until I learned that even if you just lay there and never manage to sleep, it's still much better than never trying.
now i exercise 6-7 days a week, insomnia is STILL horrible hahaha
even dreams that make you go "What the f**k did i just witness?!"

Also sleep is overrated just like avocados.
I find a hard logic puzzle and have it saved for when I have insomnia and try to solve it.
It's a good way to wear out the mind, but then I find I don't get insomnia, because I want to do the puzzle!
Aside from that, I say look for some melatonin supplements if you can. That helps me sleep.
