What do you think my characters' voices sound like?

This is a thing I always struggle with. I pay attention to how I think my characters speak but when I hear it in my head their voices aren't really concrete, and it's that I hear them using words and phrases in the same way I heard them used once.
Two exceptions: Sam is not a character, he is me, and I have a voice, so. I sound like that. The other is Patch. He sounds like Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life, of all things. That's just the way it is.
So, what do you think, for Rok, Figaro, Graham and so on? Gimme some ideas! Except, if you're gonna say something from an anime, I probably won't know it, and it better be a good dub. Like Space Dandy good. And... don't say any Sonic characters if you can help it. Pretty please.

-Graham's voice is unnaturally high and squeaky for obvious reasons; Baxter tends to sound overly laid-back and a bit smug, sometimes stretching out his syllables; Mitzi is naturally high-pitched, very energetic, and occasionally melodramatic (most Bug-types need to know how to prrro-JECT if they want to be heard).
-Niall usually has the exact same voice he did before he transformed. He can speak Pokémon, but people sometimes get unnerved at the sight a Furret being all "fur-furret fur fur" in the voice of a young adult human. (Maybe he slips into it and his pitch rises when his emotions run high? I can imagine him losing a really difficult gym battle and saying something like "oh come the FUR ON. I'VE BEEN T-RET-ING MY TEAM FUR RET-ERAL RETS TO FURFARE THEM FUR RETS ONE RET," and then someone uses Sleep Powder on him and his team has to drag him out)
Kind of imagine Gordulp sounding like very stereotypically froggish, like deep voice and all. Maybe soft spoken like Marianne from fe3h.
Corbal would maybe sound kind like Ignatz from fe3h, I think (maybe higher pitched).
Niall... maybe Koichi from the Jojo Dub.
Graham, maybe ferdinand from fe3h.
Rok has a gravely growly voice, medium-low tone, like a little goblin.
Graham probably has a soft spoken Japanese voice, meduim tone. (The venonat has a high pitched voice like the US anime :P)
Oh, Niall. Hmm... don't even know. Just give him your voice! :P Go for a US regional accent if yoou want!
