To put it short and simple, I got sent to the hospital due to extremely poor mental health. Mainly due to heavily entertaining suicidal thoughts and having a plan. For 10 days, I was getting help and I am still now. I'm now discharged; however, seeing more programs to help myself n whatnot. So sorry for the...vanishing, was completely unplanned. I do wanna say after being there for 10 days, I do feel much better. Met sweet people and talked to them and help get some techniques and coping skills. I'm still working on it, but...I'm smiling more. Thank yah for the time
