They do not risk millions of dollars to create a toy that will end up in the bargain bin at the local Wallmart. Just look at their Cobra HISS Tank. That thing has got over

I will NEVER forgive the Hasbro execs canning all the FIM fan games and making NO games of their own. They had a TEN YEAR RENAISSANCE with an IP that was otherwise a tax write off becoming one of it's biggest sellers, but what did the ydo? If you guessed "nothing", you'd be right.

It's why G5 is failing so hard, there was no time and effort put into the writing in the slightest and there is just nothing there, hence them trying (and failing) to piggyback off of G4's lore.
