My terms on my Pics:
* every pic that I draw will be drawn to your liking.
* you will be allowed 3 error corrections. after that, the picture will stay as is.
* you have a choice of background or simple background.
* I will do my damndest to get you a WIP of your pic.
* All sales are final. You may request a refund but it may take some time to get it back to you.
* once the pic is completed you may NOT ask for a refund once the pic is lined.

terms on my YCHs:
* I will draw the character of your choice in the pic.
* during an auction, you may only back out of a YCH only 3 times. after the 3rd time, you will be blacklisted
and blocked from my user page.
* you will receive a WIP of your YCH.
* All sales are final. You may request a refund but it may take some time to get it back to you.
* you may NOT ask for a refund once the pic is colored.
* you get only 3 changes in your pic use them wisely. Because after a 3rd time the pic stays as is.
* I have every right to reuse a YCH as many times as I see fit.

terms on my adopts:
* All sales are final. you may not ask for a refund. whether it be my lineart or someone else's.
* you may do minor changes to the adopts I created. like hairstyles and jewelry, etc. as long as the
adopt is still recognizable by me.
* Please DO credit me and/or other artists for their lineart and coloring.
* will hold an adopt for 48 Hours Only. Unless I state otherwise.
* Please be absolutely sure that you want and can afford the adopt.
those who back out of buying an adopt after just paying for it WILL be blocked and blacklisted.
this type of thing pisses me off to no end.
* please be serious about buying the adoption. if you are not going to get it please tell me within 48
hours if I am holding it for you.
* once bought I will give you the file 1 time only. YOU THE OWNER OF THE NEW ADOPT
ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. I do not hold onto files for months on end anymore.
If you lose the file, then that's your mistake, not mine.
* You may resell the adopt for how much you paid for the adopt unless i say otherwise
* how much I charge for my adopts is MY DECISION unless stated by the line artist or
admin. If you have a problem with the way I price my art then please note me. Please do not comment
on the submission itself.
* I am no longer lowering the prices for my adopts for your comfort. The price will stay as is. If you don't
have the mons then I don't know what to tell you. if you really want it that bad then save up.
* Please do not talk me down in price or ask me to put an adopt on sale for cheap, I will absolutely refuse.

terms on my icons:
* All sales are final. No Refunds once icon is finished
* only you (the buyer) can use the icon that I make for you. If I notice anyone else using your icon I will
alert you immediately.
* if you have seen an icon made by me that you wanted and is no longer available, please tell me and we
can work something out.

Terms on my characters:
1.) gift art is acceptable! I love giftart!
2.) do not ask me to sell my character to you. If I decide to sell it, it will be up in a post or ad.
3.) NSFW art is okay with any of my characters (except for Tiffany. Tiffany is for Stoney only.) I have the
right to refuse if I do not like the idea of your pic involving my characters.
4.) do not use my characters that I own for RPing or profile pics. if you do so without my knowledge, you will
be confronted and told to stop.
5.) If I catch you using my character without my permission I will pull all the stops to keep you from using
my character ever again. plus you will be blocked and blacklisted for life.
6.) No one has jurisdiction over any of my characters unless we have a co-ownership or some type of agreement.
this includes a character that I might sell someday.
You can note me about a character that sparks your interest and if I sold someday, I would contact you first about it.

Blacklisting:
you will only be blacklisted if...
1.) you threaten me in any way. also blocked.
2.) you put my art down in any way. also blocked.
3.) I make you a gift and turn your nose at it. I have had way too many people say "oh that's nice" that tells
me you don't like the gift I made you. you will be blacklisted and if you want art from me I will refuse to
sell to you.
also I will never make you another gift EVER.
