It all depends on the situation and the type of clothing in the way.

I am a fan of feathers and dusters for tickling, something light and teasing. Slowly stripping my target, tickling each new area that is exposed. Anything light and teasing with minimal bondage, because I think squirming is cute and sexy.

Well I think you know my methods by now xD licks and lotions brushes though I understand you're not into them...hmm....there could always be lasers too and maybe some Pokemon moves for your Poke OCs. Tentacles, be it from monsters or sealife could be fun too :3

As for who? Well there's always Piers and Rocky, Veronica too! Only others I could think of are OCs between me, my BF  auramaster-lucario and my best friend  blackwolf17 (Misty's stirrup pants n the paws they surround haven't been poked in a while! Nor has Percy's ninja sandal's paws). They're okay with me getting art of their chars too xD
