Hi everyone!
I’m kinda sitting with the bad depressed mood. Just maybe half an hour ago my landlord told me that i need to pay more for my rent. This is te second time this year and i’m really sad about that cause I don’t remember if tere were any information about that in rental agreement and it actually coming out to be violating laws…
I don’t know what should I have to do. If anything will stay that way i HAVE to pay more for staying under the roof.. For today’s exchange rate USD to RUB it’s almost 300$..
So I’ll be thinking on changings in my price list and increasing my prices for basic living expenses.;;-;;
Literally really depressed about this and about the ghosting from my landlord.
Upd. I already increased prices a bit. Sorry for that, but landlord left me with no choice…

And yeah.. IF there were a place for me to live, I’m actually living all by myself and cut myself off my abusive psycho mother, so no. I don’t think I have any choices..
I live by myself also. My mother was the most vile and abusive human on the planet. Have you ever considered leaving the country? Or, I did this for a while when I divorced; I bought a motorhome and lived in an RV park (fancy name for a campground). It was an inexpensive way to live and when I got tired of the area I moved. It is why I want a boat. Same concept? Is that an option for you?
Also, raising your prices because of needing to survive is always acceptable. I am sorry you have to go through that.
Not actually a good thing in changing country, not even now when borders are closed, plus idk what will happen next in the world, today’s day situation is really in unstable mood I guess. Motorhome? Idk really, i also don’t know how to drive a car, what can i say? So, I guess that’s “no” to the idea.
I wish to live in the forests like my ancestors used to do, heh. But it’s really uneasy nowadays as i see..
I hope so. I mean ‘acceptable’ increasing in prices of needing to survive. I don’t want to increase prices too much, i always been +- “affordable” artist with low prices, so idk maybe that’s wrong, but i just don’t know my value (funny, but yeah.. when i tried to increase prices no one would even look at my comms, so…).
I hope I won’t loose at least this ..
