Sadly there's not that many interesting ones from what I've seen, but I can think of a couple games.
Mainly Skyrim with it's dungeon levels. With mods it could be expanded quite a bit.

yeah, first vid really looks like a cinematic (plus a description), but I can try to dig deeper into the files, maybe there is something in the game.

There was an asylum level in that bad Thief 4 game. It had some kinky rooms you could explore.

I remember a stasis field trap from Mass Effect Andromeda but unfortunately I think that was just effects, no actual hardware
