After 12 years of an online relationship, with over 2 of those years spent in person, I finally proposed to my lovely  WolfgerLion64 in a slow buildup by giving gifts to him and his mother.

It was emotional, and I'm glad I followed through with it, with no regrets.

With him now officially my fiancé, the work can now begin to resolve his inadmissibility and try to get a K-1 visa to marry him here in the USA. When I get back, it'll be time to consult immigration/LGBTQ+ lawyers to help get the process started and get it resolved.

For now, I'll enjoy the rest of my trip here in Port of Spain, making memories no more as just boyfriends, but as a couple. I could never be happier.
