OK, so I need to vent right now. Hardcore!

I just came home to find my room mate had thrown all my wet clothes from the washer on the floor in front of my door so that he could do his own laundry. I"m so pissed!

I am a very good natured person normally, but I feel this is going way too far!

I was about ready to take his still soapy clothes out and dump them on the floor when he came home. We got in a argument, and he feels his actions are completely justified and that I am in the wrong for leaving my laundry in the washer while I go to a meeting. WTF? seriously?

But he needed to wash clothes, my clothes were the obstacle and that was the solution that teaches me a lesson. He couldn't put them in the dryer... because that's "not his job"

Then after his clothes were finished... (the pile of my clothes still on the dirty floor as i explained they would now need to be re washed) he knocks on my door and smugly says that the washer is free and if i'm not going to use it then he is going to do another load.

You know what... I'm through. I've made so many compromises for him and haven't asked him to make any for me and I feel I'm being walked over.

We used to be very good friends, I was like a confidant to him, and helped him work through problems... now he doesn't even respond when I say hello in the halls at school.

I deserve better! I'm a dam good friend, a kind and decent person and while I'm not a perfect room mate, I deserve better as a human being.

so in short F**K my room mate. I'm not gonna play by his rules any more. I have tried so hard to make him happy, I sneek about, I don't watch tv in the living room when he is home, I don't talk on the phone after midnight unless i do it quietly in my room with my door shut. I don't use appliances after midnight because apparently the microwave makes too much noise. I don't invite friends over...

Talk to me about your problems like a rational person! Don't be a jerk!

I can't live like this any more. I cant keep attempting to live my life around him. for the last year and a half I have tried to compromise but its over. and If he has a problem with that... well f**k him. Were not friends anymore. I refuse to acknowledge him anymore, and the next time people ask me for my opinion of him before hiring or casting him (he's an actor), Instead of talking him up like i have for years, I'm gonna tell them what i really think... that he is only a decent actor who is arrogant, stubborn, and rude as well as someone whom i will not work with again.

If anyone reads this... I'm sorry. It may sound like I'm over reacting, but I'm quite serious... if i have a chance... I'm taking him down.
