Terms of Service
General
-When purchasing from chaoticdragon913 you ARE agreeing to my terms of service.
-Be sure to read the TOS carefully as they are to change at anytime without notice for small changes and for major changes, they will be notified via journal.
-Its recommended to check the TOS everytime before purchasing any services that chaoticdragon913 provides.
-I retain the right REFUSE service to anyone for any reason.
-You HAVE to be 18+ to request a NSFW YCH, I may ask for a government approved ID of your birthday (you may blur all other info) if its not clear if you are over the age of 18.
-I accept PayPal, Venmo, & CashApp as my preferred method of payment. I DO NOT accept digital currencies anymore except for DA Points.
-All payments MUST be sent within 24 hours for any commissions, including adopts and YCHs, and must be paid in full. I do offer payment plans but it will only be for custom adopts and commissions.
-After 30 days of a purchase (YCH, commission, adopts, etc), the files will be removed. If I sent the file via Discord, make sure to save that file (i.e. pin the photo for easier access or download and save it somewhere).
YCHs, Adopts & Commissions
-Before purchasing make sure you have a clean reference sheet of your character. Can even be a simple sketch as long as I can see the colors and the design of your character.
-If you want a custom watermark with your name on any commission, YCH, adopt or custom adopt please state it when sending me your information before I start on anything.
-I will put a 36 hours hold on adopts ONLY, custom adopts, commissions and YCHs are either unlimited slots or customized.
YCHs will be unlimited slots for the majority of them. If there is a YCH that does have limited slots you may request a hold on it for 48 hours.
-There are no refunds on adopts or YCHs.
-With custom adopts and commissions you may request a refund if it only follows under one or two of the categories listed below.
1) You change your mind while i'm in the midst of the custom adopt or commission.
2) Are unsatisfied with my work of any custom adopt or commission.
3) If your reason for requesting a refund doesnt follow under these two than it will be denied.
-You MAY resell any adopts for no more than price plus half you paid for unless additional art is added.
Example: You pay $10 for an adopt you may resell it for no more than $15 but if you add artwork for said adopt you can sell it for more.
-You are allowed to trade and regift the adopts for free as well.
-You ARE allowed to change the adopts you have purchased from me. Below will be a list of things you can do while changing the adopts you purchase from me.
1. Change the eyes, markings, hair, gender, species, coloring etc.
2. When making any changes I would love to see what you have done, so feel free to show me. This isnt necessary but I would enjoy it.
-If you plan on purchasing a custom adopt please read this journal for more information.
-For any YCH, commission, adopt or custom adopt, be sure to credit me and any base creators I use. The only exceptions are listed below:
Make changes to an adopt that you have purchased from me. This doesnt mean skipping the credits to the base creators you use.
By buying anything from chaoticdragopn913, you are agreeing to all of these terms. If you break any of the terms you will be banned from buying anything from me. If it is a serious offense you will be blacklisted too.
