Congratulations on surviving another month everyone. Really great work. I'm proud of y'all.

Here are some updates from me for August:

-I have two completed stories as parts of trades I'm really excited to post. One's a short-form Lardy Lupine story and one is a longer-form story with JT and a friend. I really enjoyed writing both and am looking forward to the trades being complete after my collaborators complete their sides of the trades (both have been very busy!) I have one other story I'm hoping to write in the next week as part of one more agreed upon trade.

-I will be traveling for a majority of August, including a beach vacation with my boyfriend, house-sitting and dog-sitting for my folks as they go on vacation, and I'll be attending Furrydelphia at the end of the month.

-Once things quiet down on the travel front, I'll be opening up for commissions in the second half of August, as my rent has gone up and I need a few extra bucks to pad out the margins and ensure positive cash flow. As such I'll be posting a second journal shortly regarding my commission prices. I haven't updated them in quite a while and if I'm going to take on the additional burden of IRS reporting I need to make it worth my while. Given that I recently celebrated a decade+ of professional writing in my IRL career I 100% believe this is worthwhile. I understand my commission prices rising may price folks out - I apologize for this.
