My imagination VS viewers reaction

I need your opinions, guys.
Some days ago, I came up with a silly 2 panels story involving my OC William. I imagined him having a "fun time" with multiple pixies characters.
Now, would it be a good idea to draw a nsfw pic with a guy on his knees, pixies all other his body, teasing, pressing their bodies on him, and playing with his manhood ? Or is it too crazy and weird ?
I ask the question, because I feel like my imagination went too far and it could be too unusual to please viewers...

Personally, I've seen some art that is even more wild than your idea, my friend. I believe that, if you feel like you really want to draw that, then do it. You shouldn't have to worry primarily about the opinion of your viewers because, if you are too concerned about what your audience thinks, it will lead to a lot of art blocks and it will even make you question if you should draw again. Granted, there are some things that should NEVER be drawn (won't go into details here), but what you suggested is tame, in my eyes.
