Art block to me usually emphasizes that you aren't feeling inspired. Why not getting some relaxation, perhaps having a go with some tutorials and experiment for fun?

Practicing fanart with a good cartoon character always helps. And if it doesn't help, you still have something to upload. Just think of a pose you can see the character making.
