Commission TOS

For commissions, you can contact me through FurAffinity notes. By commissioning me you are accepting these terms:
Payment:
- Payment is in USD
- I use PayPal invoices for payments
- Payment should be sent before the commission is started. (In some occassions I may accept holding payment until after the initial sketch is approved)
Process:
- Please send me a note with details about your commission, with links to any related references, and an email to where I can send the invoice.
- After the commission is approved, I will send you an invoice for the commission amount. If payment is not sent within two days I may cancel the commission slot.
- After payment is sent I will start working on the commission.
- In each stage I will send you a WIP for approval (eg. sketch, flats, shading).
- After approving each stage, please be aware that future changes to that stage may be rejected depending on the complexity of the picture and the changes.
- Major changes may be rejected or result in additional fees.
- Once finished I will send you a hi-res version of the picture.
Cancellations and Refunds:
- If I haven't started working on the commission, you may request a full refund.
- If an initial sketch has already been provided, you may request a partial refund. The amount refunded depends on the work done so far.
- There are no refunds once the last step of the picture is started.
- If for some reason I am unable to finish a commission I will issue a refund or partial refund depending on the completed work
Copyright:
- I retain the copyright of the art created during the commission
- You are allowed to use the finished picture for personal use. Commercial use is not allowed
- Please don't edit the finished picture without asking for permission first. Cropping the picture to use as a thumbnail or avatar is fine.
Will/Won't:
- I hold the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with drawing.
- I may reject commissions from empty or recent accounts.
