good luck! we put in 7 offers 20% higher than the maximum value of the houses and still didnt get one till the 8th but then again we are in South Australia where all the rich investors are buying every single house to subdivide bleh. hopefully the situation is better where you live :3

It's been crazy here in the states! But since we're able to live basically anywhere that has an internet connection, location wasn't as much a concern to us. That, and we're currently in a market lull, which has been tremendously fortuitous considering the past several months have been especially volatile.
